About the role:

As a Mobile Designer, you’ll be working as a member of an integrated team that includes UX and UI designers, and writers. Responsible for a seamless mobile consumer experience that is simple, cohesive, inclusive, and meets a high bar of functional and visual design. You’ll be a trusted and strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders across the enterprise and evangelize the value of mobile consumer-centered design that leads to demonstrable business value.

Job responsibilities:

Your mission

  • Define clear visual hierarchies, and create designs with consistent design patterns and styles. Actively contribute to and evolve the central Design system.
  • Design and create mobile workflows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design and new interaction ideas.
  • Provide expert knowledge and experience with iOS and Android mobile app design.
  • Bring mobile design thinking and service thinking frameworks to all touchpoints across the consumer experience.
  • Own and lead the solution of both defined and undefined problem spaces.

Your environment

  • Collaborate with the UX research and writing teams to understand and build a stellar mobile user experience. Formulate hypotheses, build prototypes, and iterate.
  • Actively contribute to up-leveling the design team as a whole, leveraging your knowledge and strengths.
  • Execute in an agile, and fast startup environment.


  • 6+ years of experience working on the design and architecture of consumer facing mobile applications. 
  • Proficient in contemporary mobile design, developing deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, personas, consumer-flows, maps, and high-fidelity design.
  • Experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD, or Invision.
  • Strong knowledge of native mobile applications (iOS and Android), and working knowledge of front end web development skills. (HTML, CSS, Javascript).
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working across teams.
  • Excellent presentation skills, and strong portfolio showcasing mobile CX including, flows, user stories, wireframes, and prototypes, and launched products.
  • Knowledge of mobile development platforms like React, Xamarin, and/or Flutter is a plus.
