Freedom Family Fund
Our Freedom Family takes care of one another.
In 2019, the fund assisted about 218 employees and donated approximately $172,000 and 630 hours of donated paid time off (PTO) to teammates in urgent need.
The Freedom Family Fund is an internal program supporting teammates in a time of urgent need for things like unforeseen medical emergencies or a death in the family. Freedom teammates contribute to this fund by paying $3 to wear jeans on Wednesdays and in turn, our CEO’s match their contributions which creates the fund.
I would have never imagined that in 2 1/2 years I’d be running a team of 110+ people.
