The Loan Servicing team is logging into their dual monitors and getting ready to take their first customer call about their loan. The Underwriting team is reviewing their first loan application to deliver a quick decision to our customers.
Loan Servicing team starts making calls to welcome the new customers who’s loans were approved the prior day. The Collections team starts calling our past due customer base to arrange payment.
Beth, a QA Analyst starts her 5th call for the day. She’s checking yesterday’s Customer Service calls for compliance with regulatory procedures.
