The Opportunity:

In this currently hybrid role you will lead a team of 10-12 Settlement Operations agents. You will be focused on coaching and development of your agents, guiding them to successfully hit their monthly performance goals. Our leaders interview and hire talent into the Settlement Operations team and develop their team’s skills to prepare them for future opportunities within Freedom.

How You’ll Contribute:

  • Coach and develop a team of agents to achieve monthly targets
  • Conduct regular performance discussions with agents around goal attainment, attendance, and productivity
  • Have regular career development conversations with team to assess potential and readiness to move into other roles
  • Support company initiatives including mid-year and annual reviews and feedback processes, performance management, and engagement surveys
  • Ensure policies are followed
  • Perform regular audits of agents’ work to ensure accuracy, quality, and identify areas of opportunity for agent to improve performance
  • Conduct interviews and hire candidates to the team

What You’ll Bring:

  • At least 2  years of  Supervisor experience within the last three years in a financial services company or related field such as financial institute, bank, call center
  • Previous experience in a call center or financial services environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proven ability to engage and inspire a team
  • Experience using Excel, Word, and Salesforce
  • Proven track record of meeting goals and deadlines
