THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Lendage sales team is expanding and we are hiring Fronters (Sales Development Representatives) to join the newest division!

This role will make outbound calls to leads asking high-level questions and transferring leads to Mortgage Advisors. This is a great opportunity to launch your beginning sales career and start the path to becoming a licensed Mortgage Advisor!

The Sales Development Representative is non-mortgage licensed and will make outbound calls, take inbound calls, send/reply to emails on leads, and manage a pipeline from potential Lendage prospects looking for more information on home equity lines of credit. You’ll build rapport, review prospect information, and transfer leads to an NMLS-licensed Mortgage Advisor to convert.  


ROLE:

  • Complete a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily: 150+ per day
  • Communicate with prospects via phone calls
  • Complete Lead questionnaire asking specific high level prospect questions
  • Monitor Lendage sales email inboxes and respond to inquiries as appropriate
  • Set expectations and create urgency with prospective clients
  • Utilize Salesforce to track and manage leads
  • Adhere to compliance and establish quality standards
  • Qualify lead sources and structure loan applications

 

REQUIREMENTS/CHARACTERISTICS:

  • 1 year or more in a phone-based sales or customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen. This role will require you to uncover consumer needs, gather information, and present the right solution.
  • Experience meeting performance-based goals
  • Basic knowledge of financial service products (i.e. credit cards, personal loans)
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills (Fronters are required to follow-up on a pipeline of 40+ leads daily)
  • Strong computer skills with experience effectively managing leads/customers in a CRM
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong ability to learn, a willingness to accept coaching and driven to create a successful sales career
